shipping information

all locally purchased items must be picked up within seven days of purchase.

we can ship to most of the world. if you require shipping, estimates can be provided, or arrangements can be made to have your shipper of choice pick up your item(s) in person. due to the variety of shapes and sizes of our pieces, shipping rates vary. please inquire. quotes include packaging + crating costs, however additional duties, customs or brokerages fees are the responsibility of the customer. allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to ship your piece(s).

if you dislike the frame, let us know and we can ship with just the matting or the artwork only.

returns & exchanges

you best be committed as all sales are final. we will send photos of multiple angles and details, upon request. we will also do our best to describe any imperfections to ensure that you’re comfortable before pulling the trigger. we don’t sell junk, but pieces can carry markings and patina from the past; to us, it’s what makes them beautiful.
